It makes no sense (IMO) from either a UX or a business point of view for your company. Surely the best thing for everyone is to keep users in KashFlow for everything.

You could then offer higher priced offerings for more complex businesses. This makes a lot more sense as it allows businesses to scale and continue to use your platform without having to manage a large number of third party integrations and services. It is also a lot more flexible in scope, and will actually draw new customers in to your platform and incentivise the higher priced offerings.

Maybe I am missing something from behing the scenes, but it seems like a no brainer to me…
