Thanks for your comment. I’m sorry that you feel that way about our current system. We do strive to implement as many features as we possibly can from our current suggestion centre and have done so over the last ten years since its conception. Features that have been implemented are then removed from the suggestion centre, hence why they are not visible on the forum.

This in part is the problem, that our customers are not able to see what HAS been delivered and rather only see what is still yet to come. The most requested features naturally are at the top of our priority list and are all big jobs that require thorough execution. We are conscious that this sort of functionality must be delivered but also that it is done right.

You will find that on Canvass these features are still at the top of the list and will be explored in a lot more depth so as to move the process forwards in the correct direction. The need for change and greater visibility is the reason for the launch of our brand new forum and I hope that you will see a big change in the way our development is communicated to customers.
