I don’t have a need to send different customers different invoice themes however I do have a need to send different themes for Invoices, Quotes and Statements. My customers get very ‘Confused’ when they all look similar even though it has the title at the top of the sheet in big bold letters. To add this feature would be brill.

Thanks for the prompt reply Duane. I love the software but we have clients with multiple trading names and that makes invoicing very time consuming and that’s the reason for frustration. Looking forward to having this up and running

The only thing that has stopped me moving over to XERO already are the constant promises that this will be up and running soon but we just dont seem to get there.

There is only so much time we can spend having to amend the template every time we create an invoice.
