People dont seem to know but sage CIO Mayank Prakash has through many re organisations reduced the internal I T Department to a mear Skeleton of staff and skills and now outsources most of this type of development to two indian companies, Niesh & Agile and Systech, the developers are poor, most recently out of college, however they cost half the cost of having permanent staff. Sage is trying to cut costs, however its cutting corners to do it and failing to be the best business management software company that anyone would recommend. it stinks, when they pretend to be a local company, with local people and all that guff, when behind closed doors they use resource from india because its cheeper. Support the uk first paul stobart and keep the jobs in the uk instead of selling out.
