I posted an invoice to myself to see how it would work. It took two weeks to arrive! Not impressed, that wouldn’t look good to customers if their invoices took that amount of time to arrive, and I was chasing them for money because they hadn’t paid.

Most invoices are sent electronically, but some customers prefer a hard copy still, and we’ve found a much better payment rate on sending out hard copy Statements at the end of each month than simply an emailed version.
