Kashflow delivers an exemplary performance on both counts. For me, both personally and professionally, Kashflow is the Gold Standard model for customer relations. Things go wrong with even the best-run services; but there is no company I trust more than Kashflow to do everything possible to deliver the highest standard service.

the kashflow gonna be fast.
Most companies or corporations such as Nasa or Cern use these.
I tested the kashflow app for iPhone and I find problem with customers (currently cannot access or create them

Is this another issue with the PDF themes? If so, surely it would make more sense to load test or roll-out over a weekend so fewer of your clients are affected? I’ll have to send in another support email. Two in two days. C’mon guys, we all love the product but if it’s not reliable, it’s not viable going forward!

Here’s a thought – Load Testing is our core business here – we’d happily offer you some free advice or initial testing to get you started on your load testing journey.

Making it work better, is good for us too after all.

This is usually followed either by silence (hoping people will quickly forget), blaming another organisation (hoping people will buy the story) or worse of all, finding a junior scapegoat in their own organisation (remind you of Governments anyone) to take the flak!
Huge credit to Kashflow and Duane Jackson in particular, for a frank and honest admission that they screwed up on this occasion. I already thought that Kashflow was a cool company, this has only served to cement that belief.

It is a shame though because I was looking forward to using the pdf themes when they reached me. If you are all out of the country that is when you can pretty much guarantee stuff to go wrong.

That’s reassuring as I’ve only just joined KF (last Weekend) after months of trials with most on-line accounting systems. On Monday I did wonder why it was taking so long to enter data as I set about entering receipts etc. I’m glad you guys are on the case and resolving the problem. Well done for quick comms about the issue and being frank about the causes.
Keep up the good work chaps (and chapesses)! CF
