Worked like a charm. In fact now we are being overpaid, and got rid of one client who didn’t like the terms…good riddance.

Good stuff, Marc! The attitude, one I’ve been lucky enough to witness too much of firsthand, that freelancers somehow matter less than ‘proper’ employees is pretty shocking.

We also send on this video that we made before we send our first reminder letter. It usually works 🙂
