Although I casually browse quite a few blogs, I only actively monitor a handful.

And I tend to check them most mornings, along with Forums, Facebook Pages, etc, during a period of time which I suspect most other people call “Waking up”! 😉

It used to be the only game in town but there are quite a few similar apps now. It’s very good because the reading marks are synced with google reader and the sync process allows you to download not only images but also the full page content as well (useful when reading in the tube those feeds that only publish extracts).
