Hi Lisa,

We do have a suggestions@ email, but it still gets routed to the support team.

As you’ve probably already found: sometimes you can ask for a feature and the guys will tell you it already exists. That’s why I’d rather have support see all suggestions.

All sounds great and I know that the suggestions (I’ve made a few) are looked into – rather than tying up your support email why not have a suggestions@ email and maybe a link on the site where when you come across something that’s not available, you can just click the button and suggest it from there.

Yes, you could use it exactly like that. The best thing to do if the help system doesn’t answer your question is to email support@kashflow.com and you should get a really prompt response.

Sounds excellent. I’d like to use it for my expenses. Would this work; Supplier – Gareth’s expenses and then select a nominal code such as hotels, entertaining, travel etc. etc. At present I have different suppliers set up within Kasflow such as hotels, entertaining, travel etc. and can’t find a way to group them together as ‘Gareth’s expenses’. I’m new to KashFlow and running my own business so any comments would be very very gratefully received! I did try a search on ‘expenses’ within the forum and the knowledge base but didn’t find much help hence my question here. Thanks.

This looks like a great idea, however a much more common situation for me is dealing with a web or email based receipt. It would be great if I could forward an email into KashFlow or click on a bookmarklet to save a web page receipt into KashFlow.
