KF and Capsule are fairly central – and hopefully soon we will have finished tying them into our client admin system..!

I find this quite an interesting area. The parts of Small Business Server we still currently use are:

# Active Directory
# SharePoint

We’re looking into a hosted solution for SharePoint at the moment (as we do a lot of SharePoint consultancy), although it’s interesting to consider how SharePoint could operate better as a fully integrated SaaS (OpenId login, integration to other apps, etc.).

I just need to think how Webtechy can have a SaaS function as an area I’d quite like to move towards 🙂
