KashFlow Canvass Is Changing…

Here at KashFlow we always strive to make your accounting software the best it can possibly be. That’s why we launched KashFlow Canvass, a platform for you to suggest product enhancements, new features and integrations that you’d like to see within KashFlow and KashFlow Payroll.

We’ve recently been exploring ways to improve how we listen and respond to your questions and concerns and to make sure that your KashFlow and the service we provide is always moving in the right direction. So in order to do this, we will be changing the platform behind KashFlow Canvass.

What does this mean for you?

This means that where you used to suggest your ideas will now look slightly different to how it previously looked. However, there’s no need to panic as everything is as simple and easy to use as before! All you need to do is just click ‘suggest a new idea’ and submit your suggestion. Why not leave a suggestion on KashFlow Canvass now?

All of your previous suggestions along with the votes on the items have been moved across, so you don’t need to worry about them being lost, nor will you have to submit them again.

You can now expect enhanced communications relating to ideas you have submitted and automated notifications to let you know when an idea has started to be developed, along with when it has been released.

By changing the platform in the way that we have, the product team at KashFlow will now be able to get a more detailed picture of your suggestions through enhanced reporting which in turn will help us shape KashFlow to fit the requirements of your business.
