customer satisfactionOver the summer we asked you to take part in a customer satisfaction survey which we are delighted to say, many of you took the time to complete.  It’s great to receive such insightful feedback and to use this information to learn how we can better your software. After reading every comment and tally up every survey, we have put together a list of actions as a direct result of your feedback.

An app-etizing experience

We have received a number of questions on whether we plan on launching an Android and iPhone app,  and we are delighted to confirm that both are due for release next year. Very soon you will have the ability to manage your accounts on the go through an intuitive smartphone application!

Improved multi-user experience

We’ve also listened to your concerns around improving multi-user functionality and we are pleased to announce that a new profile management section will be coming next year. This will allow you to amend a number of settings, plus you’ll be able to trace your own and other users activity through a detailed audit trail.

Bite-sized instructional videos

To help new users of KashFlow get a better grip of the software we will soon launch brand new easy to follow bite-sized videos covering key aspects of your KashFlow Software including invoicing, bank feeds, credit control, quotes and estimates, VAT and online payments, to name a few.

Confused about the proposed changes in tax as part of HMRC’s ‘Making Tax Digital’ initiative? Well, don’t be! You can relax knowing that we will have you covered when we launch webinars to help ensure you are compliant with the changes that lie ahead.

Faster payroll is here

You can now pay all employees, in one company, with one simple click, within KashFlow Payroll. Your entire payroll can be run at the click of a button, anywhere anytime. You just need to select the employees you wish to pay and you can generate their payslips in one go.

Better level of support

Many of you said that you would like to see a better response from the KashFlow Support team. In response to your feedback, we have increased the size of the Support team by 25% with further recruitment ongoing, to better handle the demand from our client base. Once we become aware of a problem we will ensure to provide you with real-time notifications of any developments via social media, the KashFlow Knowledge Base and from within the main dashboard within your KashFlow software.
