If you have forgotten your password and cannot log into KashFlow
If you are looking to change your password for your KashFlow Payroll account you can do so here.
You will then need to enter the email address you use to sign in to KashFlow Payroll.
Your new password will be sent to your email immediately.
Haven’t received your new password?
If for any reason you don’t receive the link then ensure you check your spam/junk folders.

If you can log into KashFlow and want to change your password
To change your KashFlow password while you are already logged in, first, click on the cog wheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click “My Profile” and then “Change Password”:
You will then need to enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password. Click “Submit” to confirm the change.
