Another improvement to our accounting software based on feedback from our customers:
When you email invoices you get an automatic note attached to the invoice detailing the date the invoice was emailed and who it was sent to.
Now you get a note with the same details when you email payment receipts.
To do this, just open an invoice that has been paid and scroll to the Payment Details at the bottom. Click on the envelope icon and email the payment receipt the same way you would an invoice.
When you go back to the invoice you should see this note.
