This guidance advises on what to do if you get the error PayPal connection timed out or login failed when importing PayPal Transactions.
Cause & Resolution
This error may be easily fixed by following the below steps.
Go to Company Dashboard> Imports> Click Pencil Icon.
Once you have clicked on the pencil icon, you can then select Update or Update & Re-import.
